From I-95 in CT
Go South and take Exit 21 > merging (West) onto Westchester Avenue.
Stay on Westchester Avenue (40 MPH).
Proceed to the fifth traffic light and make a left across Rt. 287 onto WM L Butcher Bridge.
Make a left at the next traffic light onto Westchester Avenue heading Eastbound.
The entrance to 707 Westchester Avenue (part of a corporate park) is the first driveway on the right.

From Merritt Parkway in CT
Go South and take Exit 26W > merging (West) onto Westchester Avenue.
Stay on Westchester Avenue (40 MPH).
Proceed to the fourth traffic light and make a left across Rt. 287 onto WM L Butcher Bridge.
Make a left at the next traffic light onto Westchester Avenue heading Eastbound.
The entrance to 707 Westchester Avenue (part of a corporate park) is the first driveway on the right.

From Northern Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties
Take Route I-684 South and make sure you take the Westchester Avenue exit.
Get into the left lane as soon as possible and make a left at the first light and proceed across WM L Butcher Bridge.
Make a left at the next traffic light onto Westchester Avenue heading Eastbound.
The entrance to 707 Westchester Avenue (part of a corporate park) is the first driveway on the right.

From Rockland County
Take the Tappan Zee Bridge East to I-287, Cross Westchester Expressway East.
Proceed to Exit 8E
Merge onto Westchester Avenue heading Eastbound (40 MPH).
Go past three traffic lights, the third light being at WM L Butcher Bridge.
The entrance to 707 Westchester Avenue (part of a corporate park) is the first right past this traffic light.
